D’Ann Colley has been helping people with their family law needs since 1998. She prides herself on being a small, but busy, family and probate law boutique-style firm. Her office is located in Mt. Pleasant, but her practice covers the Northeast Texas area, including Titus, Camp, Morris and Franklin counties.

In addition to her litigation practice, D’Ann is an experienced mediator. She is specially certified to mediate family law cases and cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS). She has also received training in the newest approach to family law conflict, collaborative law..
